Joseph G. Lorek, P.E. - President

 Joe has been in the construction business over 40 years, which started while working for his father in the family construction business.  After graduating high school, Joe went on to earn a BS degree in Civil Engineering and Construction at NC State University.  He ultimately obtained his Professional Engineering License in North Carolina.

Since graduation, Joe has worked with a variety of firms, large and small.  He has been associated with many types of projects including office, retail, medical, hospital, research, bio-tech, industrial, manufacturing, schools, higher education, sports entertainment, military, restaurants, residential, multi-family, transportation, high rise, parking decks, heavy site work, and utilities.  Projects have ranged from the smallest fit-up to $250+ million.
